Cardio-Bounce Muscle-Mix:
Also known as Rebounding, it's the most effective exercise for every cell of your body, providing amazing core strength and upper body muscle condition, ending with
relaxation and muscle release. Joanne is the leading Rebounding specialist in New England.


Somatic Dance:
A fun combination of easy-to-follow dance moves.

Cardio Bounce and Smartbell:
Leonie Foy is an amazing instructor with passion and strength. She offers this challenging, yet positive, stress exercise program on Saturdays.


Zumba:
A latin based dance class, using high energy international music. This fun, energetic class is taught by our awesome, fun instructor Sheri Gladu. "Ditch the workout
and com e join the party."


NIA
A free-spirited dance/fitness class taught by our most loving instructor Donna McGurk, it's yoga, tai chi, martial arts, dance and breath work all in one. It’s lovely.


Jujitsu:
Harry Curtis is an amazing teacher. He offers a charm and personality that leaves you feeling great, educated, stronger and safer. Both Kid’s and Adult classes are offered.

Slengthening Technique:
Once again Joanne has created a Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, core integration mix, but the twist is she removes the strain. Its amazing and releases tension in the joints
creating a sense of calmness and strength


Somatic Dance:
A free-spirited, easy-flowing, fun, dance class.


Personal Training Class:
Small group of 7 Maximum. Cardio Creative Circuits & Flexibility in our new 2nf floor studio.
